RETURNS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! You are allowed to exchange unopened hair extensions within (7 DAYS ) within receiving your order. We take pride in our high quality hair extensions. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.

We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair outside of "Flawless Units", because we understand that everyone is not a colorist or a specialist at coloring hair extensions that's why we take care of the hassle for you with our custom coloring services. 

You must contact us first before returning your package at 317-661-1875 within the (7 DAY) exchange period. All Flawless Units hair extensions must be shipped back unopened and in its' original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or an exchange will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer exchanges if the Flawless Units hair seal on the bundle has been broken! Please attach a note inside your package including your order number along with the reason for the exchange.

After we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and the Flawless Units security seal was not broken we will email you with your new tracking number. You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Flawless Units will not be responsible for lost returns.

When using tape measure please be sure your hair is in a ponytail for the most accurate measurements. 

The KEY to making hair extensions LAST is by TREATING it as YOUR OWN. 

STYLING TOOLS

It's very important to use a wide tooth or paddle back brush using gentle strokes, when washing and or styling the hair. Small tooth and retail combs can snag the hair which can cause unwanted shedding.

WASHING

Before washing your hair extensions, brush your hair and remove all tangles and knots. Be sure to wash and co wash the hair weekly with a moisturizing shampoo. Never rub the hair together while washing. Deep condition the hair evenly throughout the hair. Always wash your hair going in a downward motion. After washing and conditioning your hair, apply a good leave-in conditioning product, this helps to keep your hair super soft and moist.

DRYING

Air Dry hair if possible! If needing to use a blow dryer use heat protectant before blow drying the hair.

HOW TO PREP HAIR FOR BED

NEVER sleep on wet hair! Sleeping on wet hair is known to matte the hair. Make sure your hair is completely dry before you go to sleep. Braid, roll with Flexi rods, or wrap your hair at night and sleep in a satin cap. 

Comb through the hair in the morning and night. Starting at the ends and working your way up to your scalp in a downwards motions.

ALWAYS USE HEAT PROTECTANT WHEN APPLYING HEAT!

WAVY & CURLY HAIR

If you have wavy or curly textured hair extensions and plan to wear the hair wavy or curly you need to apply a curl defining/curl control cream while the hair is wet. This way it will stop the hair from frizzing and lock in the wave or curl in the hair. Applying a little moose gives the hair a wet look once the hair dries. 

613 PLATINUM BLONDE HAIR 

#613 Platinum Blonde hair will be fragile and easier to break off due to the hair bonds being broken from the bleach. Platinum Blonde Hair will require daily hydrating of hair oil and washed weekly with some hydrating shampoo and conditioner. 

 CUTTING WEFTS

Our wefts are constructed using a machine. They can be cut without unraveling. We do not suggest cutting our weft. 

SHEDDING

Any hair that has been manufacture to be stitched on a weft is entitled to experience minimum shedding which is absolutely normal. Minimum shedding meaning the hair will never have a noticeable or drastic decrease in its density or volume. However, proper maintenance is extremely important and advised.
